Submit in advance: Use the link in your voting email to submit a question prior to the meeting (limit of one question per member). We will answer selected questions during the AGM and post responses to all submitted questions on this page.
Ask in person: You are welcome to ask a question in person during Any Other Business.
Voting emails will be sent by the Club to all Fullmembers on 7 October 2026, with a reminder on 24 October 2026.
(NB. The Club is legally required to send a formal notice of any General Meeting or AGM to every eligible Voting Member, which includes all Full Members, and this overrides any marketing preferences you have set.)
