Think of Lizzie as a voice-activated version of our website search. Instead of typing and clicking, you simply speak to her over the phone to find campsite information.

At this stage, Lizzie is a specialist in research and inspiration. While she cannot process a booking yet, she can recommend the best campsites for you to then book via our website.

Yes! Lizzie has some information on attractions and activities near our campsites to help you plan your days out. At the moment, her knowledge is fairly limited, but this will grow in the near future.

Lizzie is a digital assistant, not a live operator. This allows her to be available 24/7 to answer your questions instantly, even in the middle of the night.

Will my call be recorded?
To help Lizzie learn and improve, calls are temporarily recorded and transcribed. However, your personal information is not retained after the call ends.

Is it just Club campsites? Do you have any plans to include CLs or Overseas sites?
At this early stage, yes it is just UK Club Campsites and Affiliated campsites. However our aim is to improve Lizzie's knowledge and eventually offer inspiration across all of our products and services.

How much does it cost to call Lizzie from land lines and mobiles?
Calls to Lizzie will be free on most mobile phones as this is a local tariff telephone number. Calls may be charged if calling from a landline.
