Welcome to a new way of discovering your next campsite getaway in the UK. Whether you are a seasoned tourer or planning your very first trip, finding the perfect UK Club campsite just got a whole lot easier.

We are thrilled to introduce Lizzie, our new digital assistant designed specifically to help you navigate our 150 UK Club and Affiliated campsites with ease.

Lizzie is more than just a search tool; she is your guide to all of our UK Club campsites. Available over chat or on the phone at any time of the day or night, Lizzie has been built to provide instant inspiration and detailed information whenever you need it.

What exactly is a "digital assistant"?

Think of Lizzie as a voice-activated version of our website search. Instead of typing and clicking, you simply speak to her over the phone to find campsite information.
Can Lizzie book a pitch for me?

At this stage, Lizzie is a specialist in research and inspiration. While she cannot process a booking yet, she can recommend the best campsites for you to then book via our website.
Does she know about local pubs and attractions?

Yes! Lizzie has some information on attractions and activities near our campsites to help you plan your days out. At the moment, her knowledge is fairly limited, but this will grow in the near future.
Is Lizzie a real person?

Lizzie is a digital assistant, not a live operator. This allows her to be available 24/7 to answer your questions instantly, even in the middle of the night.
Will my call be recorded?

To help Lizzie learn and improve, calls are temporarily recorded and transcribed. However, your personal information is not retained after the call ends.
Can Lizzie tell me what other members think of a site?

Currently, Lizzie cannot access member reviews, but this is a feature we are working on for her future development.
How can I provide feedback on my experience with Lizzie?

We value your input! You can share your feedback through our online form to help us improve her capabilities.
Is it just Club campsites? Do you have any plans to include CLs or Overseas sites?

At this early stage, yes it is just UK Club Campsites and Affiliated campsites. However our aim is to improve Lizzie's knowledge and eventually offer inspiration across all of our products and services.
How much does it cost to call Lizzie from land lines and mobiles?

Calls to Lizzie will be free on most mobile phones as this is a local tariff telephone number. Calls may be charged if calling from a landline.
