Maps and Guidebooks!
Walk Wheel Cycle Trust is the charity making it possible for more people to walk, wheel and cycle. You might know them as the people behind the National Cycle Network, but they do so much more.
As a charity they work in lots of different areas:
- they open new routes on the National Cycle Network and maintain many of the existing ones
- they work with schools to help children walk, wheel and cycle to school
- they champion wildlife on their off‑road routes and they work with communities to transform their neighbourhoods into safe, connected places.
When you shop with them, you're not just picking up great products – you're helping support all this work. They work with expert cartographers, surveyors, designers, and GIS (geographic information system) professionals to design and make their own high-quality maps and guidebooks. These include regional maps, long-distance maps and their bestselling guidebooks: Traffic Free Cycle Rides guidebook and Land’s End to John o’Groats (LEJOG) guidebook.
Thank you for supporting Walk Wheel Cycle Trust!
