Nant y Wrach is situated literally on the edge of Llanrhidian marsh, with its rugged beauty in evidence . It is the site for you if you like birdwatching. You can walk from the site to the village of Llanrhidian across the marsh road to collect your paper / provisions from the village shop/ petrol station. It is within walking distance from The Dolphin Inn, The Welcome and The Purple Badger. The pitches are set in the corner of a large field . There is an additional lawned area for sitting out on pleasant days.
The site is 20 minutes from Swansea city centre and the quaint market town of Mumbles where you will find boutique style shopping alongside familiar household names.
We are close ( short car journey) to the stunning beaches of Llangennith ( excellent surfing when the weather is suitable) and Llanmadoc. At Llanmadoc you will find Cwm Ivy coffee shop which has an excellent view of the salt marshes. Both beaches are excellent for walking.
The site has 5 pitches with electric hook up for each pitch. There is 1 water tap to serve the 5 pitches.
At certain times, the access road is covered by tidal water, please ensure you check with the owner about tide times.
