Why stay here ...

Here at The Lodge CL Site, you will find peace and tranquility in a rural location on the edge of the village of Halmer End, a short drive from Newcastle-under-Lyme in Staffordshire.

We are situated next to the beautiful Bateswood Nature Reserve - perfect for walks right on the doorstep. Being just 4.5 miles from Junction 16 on the M6 makes us a convenient stop for going either North or South.

Adults, children and pets are welcome. The pitches are large with grass and hard standing and are individually hedged with electric hookups.

Set in an acre adjacent to a large paddock and fishing lake makes it a picturesque stop. Guests can fish in the lake stocked with Carp and Tentch amongst others and explore the rolling fields accessible via a public footpath.

If you’re staying longer, the site is a perfect base to explore The Potteries outlet, Nantwich, Bridgemere Garden World, Biddulph Grange, Trentham Gardens and Tatton Park with Alton Towers being 45 minutes away.

There is a shop, post office and pub within walking distance and some good places to eat only 5 drive away. With also local takeaways that will deliver.

We have a toilet and shower block available to guests and picnic benches to use when the weather allows!
