The site is a 1.5-acre lawned field on a working farm with a stunning view of the Somerset levels. Long Sutton has a 15th-century church, a village shop and Post Office, and the Devonshire Arms pub and restaurant all within easy walking distance from the site. There is also an easy walk to the River Yeo straight from the site along a track that is perfect for campers with dogs.
We have metered electric hook-ups, free Wi-Fi, ample room for awnings, and a hard-standing area.
We welcome adults, children, pets and well-behaved dogs
Course fishing and an eighteen-hole golf course are approximately 1 mile.
It is an ideal site for walking and cycling, there are many National Trust properties within a short drive, and the market towns of Somerton and Langport offer supermarkets within 3 miles.
There are many good eating places in the area.
A cathedral at Wells and abbeys at Glastonbury and Sherbourne. Clarkes Village at Street, for shopping and Ham Hill Country Park, which is wonderful for dog walks and beautiful views, all provide further tourist interest.
